Pepper and sausage kabobs

Ingredients

  1. 2 packagesBeef smoked sausage
  2. 10Kabob sticks
  3. 1 packagesmini sweet peppers
  4. 1Bottle of Swert Bourbon Glaze

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak sticks in water for about an hour

  2. 2

    Slice sausage diagnal into 2 inch pieces

  3. 3

    Assemble whole mini sweet peppers and sausage on kabob sticks

  4. 4

    Cook on grill turning to ypur liking of crispness coating kabobs with Bourbon glaze

  5. 5

    Remove from grill and pour glaze on top of kabobs and enjoy
