Easy and tasty recipe to use your Dijon that is sitting on your fridge door.
Cooking Instructions

Add the Dijon mustard, salt and oil on top of the whole chicken. Make it sure you add extra Dijon inside the chicken, so it becomes a sauce later.

I use the traeger grill to smoke for two hours.

Set the heat to maximum until its well cooked.
- 4
You can serve after slicing it in multiple pieces.

We did have a couple that night for dinner but the way these are prepared they are done more for flavor and texture of the meat later.
