Ingredients

  1. 3 eachBoneless chicken breasts
  2. 2 cupshredded lettuce
  3. 1 cupdiced tomatoes
  4. 2 tbspranch dressing
  5. 3/4 cupFrank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  6. 3 cupAll purpose flour
  7. 2 tbspgarlic salt
  8. 1 tbspcourse ground black pepper
  9. 3 tbspLawry's seasoning salt
  10. 3 eacheggs
  11. 1/2 cupmilk
  12. 6 eachLarge flour tortillas (any flavor)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in medium pot to 350°

  2. 2

    Mix flour, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and black pepper in large bowl

  3. 3

    Cut chicken into strips

  4. 4

    Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl

  5. 5

    Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture

  6. 6

    Coat chicken well in flour mixture

  7. 7

    Deep fry chicken 2-3 strips at a time until golden brown

  8. 8

    Meanwhile shred lettuce and dice tomatoes

  9. 9

    Remove chicken from fryer, place on paper towel. Allow to cool to touch

  10. 10

    Heat buffalo sauce in small saucepan just until heated through

  11. 11

    Hand shred chicken into bite size pieces. Place into large bowl

  12. 12

    Pour buffalo sauce over chicken. Stir until well coated

  13. 13

    Spread ranch dressing onto tortillas. Add small amount of lettuce, tomatoes then chicken. You can add as much or little as you want. I also like to have a small side of ranch for dipping

    Wrap it up like a burrito! Enjoy!

I oven bake my "fried chicken" strips, add aioli and shredded cheese to the wrap. HUGE seller and fan favourite
