Ingredients

3 servings
  • 5 smallpotatoes or 2 large ones
  • 450 gramsfrozen peas
  • 50 gramsbacon
  • 1garlic clove
  • 1 smallonion (optional)
  • seasoning
  • 1salt
  • 1black pepper
  • 1paprika
  • 1curry powder
  • 1rosemary
  • 1 bunchfresh parsley
  • 1 tspdijon mustard (optional)
  • 1good quality olive oil

  1. 1

    Peel and chop onions, chop garlic finely. Put in a pot over medium high heat. Add bacon.

  2. 2

    After about a minute, add peeled and cubed potatoes, peas and enough water to almost submerge the vegetables and bacon. Cover the pot.

  3. 3

    Cook for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked, stirring occasionaly. Take off heat. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, curry powder, rosemary, dijon mustard and olive oil.
