Ingredients

1 cupFlour
1/4 cupSugar
1 cupButter
1/4 tspBaking powder
1Egg
1 dashSalt
1 1/4 cupCocoa powder
1 1/2 cupChocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix flour sugar salt cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl

Melt butter and mix with the egg on a small bowl

Mix all ingredients together and add chocolate chips

Set up a pan with parchment paper and scoop tablespoons of cookie dough out onto the pan

Cook for about 10 min if you like your cookies doughy and soft. 15 if you like them cakey.

Very soft and too crumbly for a cookie. They are more like small very very very rich brownies. Very rich.
