Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

50ish cookies
  1. 2 1/2 cupsflour
  2. 1 tsp.baking soda
  3. 1 tsp.baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp.salt
  5. 1 cup (2 sticks)unsalted butter, softened
  6. 1 cupbrown sugar
  7. 3/4 cupsugar
  8. 2eggs
  9. 1 tsp.vanilla extract
  10. 1/2 cupchocolate chips
  11. 1/2 cupwhite chocolate chips
  12. 1/2 cupchopped walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients; flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

    In mixer, cream together butter and both sugars until completely blended.

    Add in eggs and vanilla; mix.

    Add dry ingredients into mixer spoonful at a time until completely incorporated.

  5. 5

    Using a spatula by hand, fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.

  6. 6

    Using a small ice cream scoop or melon baller, place scoops on the parchment lined baking sheets spaced enough apart to cook evenly.

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from baking sheets and allow to completely cool on cooling racks.
