  1. 5avocadoes; squeezed out the skins
  2. 1 bunchcilantro; chiffonade
  3. 1 largetomato; small dice
  4. 2limes
  5. 2jalapenos; minced with seeds
  6. 1red onion; minced
  7. 1 largepinch of salt

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients and mash together. Fold to blend.

    Variations; Salsa verde, serrano, roasted tomatoes or poblano, smoked guacamole, liquid smoke, shredded pork/beef/chicken, cheese, sour cream
