Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlMoong dal
  2. 1/4 bowltoor dal
  3. 1/4 bowlMasoor dal
  4. 1 tspturmeric
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. 1chopped curry leaves
  9. 1chopped coriander
  10. 1 tbspghee
  11. 1 tsphing optional
  12. For chawal
  13. 1 bowlrice
  14. 1 tbspghee
  15. Salt
  16. 1 stickdalchini

Cooking Instructions

    Use pressure cooker for both. first make rice. Its easy. Just heat ghee. Fry dalchini in it. Remove it. Then add soaked rice. Saute it. Then add 2 cup water or double water. Add salt and 3whistle it.

    For daal soak all three together. Again heat ghee. Add cumin, chopped green chilli, curry leaves and fry them.

    After that add dal and turmeric and saute it for a minute. Then add hing. Hing burns really fast thats why we add it later. Mix it and pour warm water around double of dals. And pressure cook it for 3 whistle. Open it and add some more warm water if it becomes thick. And add coriander, salt and sugar now and boil it for 2-3 mins.

    Serve it with hot steamy rice with ghee on top of it.
