Okay, I admit it, grilled cheese is so easy to do, so why a recipe for it? Most people use butter on the bread but I saw a cooking tip on TV years ago to use mayonnaise instead. It browns better and does not make the bread soggy.

Put in skillet and cook over medium high heat until golden brown on both sides.

I am a good old fashion country cook. My cast iron skillet is used a lot in my kitchen. You'll never see a "whoopum" biscuit in this home.
