Ingredients

  1. 2 slicewheat bread
  2. 1 sliceprovolone or swiss cheese
  3. 1 cantuna
  4. 1/2 cupraspberry greek yogurt
  5. 1 pinchpaprika
  6. 1 pinchgarlic salt or garlic powder
  7. 2 slicetomatoes
  8. 1/2 smallsliced sweet pepper (optional)
  9. 1kale or spinach (optional)

  1. 1

    Drain tuna and mix with yogurt to taste (you can substitute with mayonnaise if you prefer, but I used half a cup of raspberry greek yogurt and it came out delicious! You can also use plain or other flavored greek yogurt)

  2. 2

    Mix spices into the tuna. You can add as little or as much as you like.

  3. 3

    Spread tuna over one slice of bread. Top with your veggies

  4. 4

    Place cheese over the second slice of bread (you can also add mayo or mustard)

  5. 5

    Toast open faced in a toaster oven at 400° for 5 to 10 minutes until the bread is crisp and the cheese has melted.

  6. 6

    Put your sandwich together, slice in half, and enjoy!
