Ingredients

20 mins
5 servings
  1. 3 stickcelery
  2. 12 slicecarrots
  3. 3 lbshoulder roast
  4. 1 dashgarlic powder
  5. 1 dashonion powder
  6. 1 dashparsley flakes
  7. 1 dashoregano leaves
  8. 1 pinchAdobo/ all purpose seasoning
  9. 1 pinchgarlic & classic herbs
  10. 6 largepotatoes
  11. 2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Brown the roast till all sides are brown on high

  2. 2

    Add the potatoes first then

  3. 3

    The celery

  4. 4

    Then the carrots

  5. 5

    Pinch of salt

  6. 6

    Pinch of pepper

  7. 7

    And put the roast on top of veggies.

  8. 8

    Add the other spices

  9. 9

    Put the water in

  10. 10

    And then cook for 8 to 9 hours
