  1. 3 lbred potatoes (size B)
  2. 3/4 ozrosemary; minced
  3. 1/2 bunchparsley; minced
  4. 2 tbsphoney
  5. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  6. 1 tbsponion powder
  7. 2 tspthyme; minced
  8. 1orange; zested
  9. 1lemon; zested
  10. 1 stickbutter; melted
  11. 1 pinchsalt and peppercorn melange

Cooking Instructions

    Cover potatoes with cold water. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Cook until potatoes are easily pierced with a paring knife. Drain.

    Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add butter, herbs, dried spices, and citrus zest. Toss. Add honey. Toss. Serve.

Not bad, but I'd use more garlic and less parsley next time.
