Best, easiest Pizza Dough (6 ingredients)

Fast food pizza chains use GMOs and other harmful ingredients with their recipes. This is why and how these pizzas are so addictive. I had absolutely NOTHING at home but the few ingredients on this pizza dough, so I was incredibly happy and relieved!! Very cheap and easy!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix water, yeast and sugar. Let sit for 20 mins, it will get bubbly.
- 2
Heat the olive oil and add the garlic (optional step). Dont let garlic burn, its just to add a little garlic flavor.
- 3
After 20 mins are up on the yeast mixture, add 2 cups of flour, oil (leaving a few pieces of garlic on it if desired) and salt.
- 4
Mix in with a spoon and once the ingredients are mixed, place onto a floured surface.
- 5
Add flour to your hands so the dough wont stick.
- 6
Knead dough for 10 mins, constantly adding flour to your hands and surface only so it wont stick. You should get a soft, slightly sticky dough.
- 7
Form a ball with the dough and place into a slightly oiled bowl. Cover with a kitchen towel and let sit for 2 hours or until doubled in size.
- 8
Divide dough in 2 parts or 3 parts for personal size pizza (deppending on how thick you like your crust) or use whole dough for a large pizza.
- 9
You can place dough on ziploc bag and leave it on the fridge overnight and using the dough at room temperature the next day.
- 10
I cooked it at 350°F for 40 mins when I made pizza.

Easy Pizza Dough Easy Pizza Dough
I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

I tried various different recipes for pizza and finally settled with this one.-Simple Pizza Sauce: Add a little bit of mustard to ketchup and mix.-To make it more Italian: Sprinkle on some oregano or basil.-To make it taste even better: Swirl on some olive oil.-Spread out the dough to match the baking tray that fits in your toaster oven. Make sure to check the size beforehand.-Since the crust is thin, the cheese easily melts off, so please place the pizza on a sheet of parchment paper while baking. Recipe by maynyan cookpad.japan -
