This is a traditional pie in the east side of the Mediterranian. There may be variations depending on the country but it always tastes great!

This dish is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.I love spinach. The first time I made this because I was given a bunch of free spinach from a grocery store tossing it out. The amount of flour may be adjusted next time I make it. It may need a little more. I may toss in a few mushrooms next time. If 2 pies are too many, you can freeze one for another time. The spices are optional. I'm Cajun so everything must have some spice!

This pie will work wonders for bribes.
