Ingredients

  1. 3 lbsplit Chicken wings
  2. 1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 2garlic cloves
  5. salt
  6. black pepper
  7. 1Vegtable oil
  8. 1 tsponion powder

Cooking Instructions

    Clean chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste

  2. 2

    Heat vegetable oil to frying temperature

  3. 3

    Fry chicken wings 5-10 min until a little browned and done to the bone

  4. 4

    Crush garlic and add it to the butter as well as the onion powder and melt the butter in microwave

  5. 5

    Remove wings from oil and immediately dip in the butter and set a side on a serving dish

  6. 6

    Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on the wings and enjoy
