Authentic Italian Sauce

I grew up in an Italian American home. As a tradition every Sunday my grandmother would cook a Sunday lunch for our family and friends. If you know anything about Italian family gatherings, it was a mad house but i wouldn't have traded it for anything. She has since passed. To continue this tradition I started to cook her sauce for my family. So please enjoy!
