Besan ko chaan kar ek bowl me daal le.dahi chaan kar besan me daal le.ab haldi,daal kar besan+dahi ache se fent le.2 cup pani daal kar usko 2-3 minit tak aache se fent le.

Ek pan gas par rakh kar ye ghol usme daal le.gas ka flame slow rakhe.or isko lagataar chalate hue pakale.itne ghol ko pakne me kareeb 10-12 minit lagega.

Khandvi jamate samay plate ya tray me oil nahi lagana hai.

Ek plane satah wali thaali ya tray le.use ulta rakhe.ab ek tablespoons spoon ghol ko uspar daalkar kisi plane satah wali chammach se usko puri thali par faila le.,

Kareeb 10-15 minit baad 2" ke gap me chaku se iski pattiya kaat le.or ek-ek patti ko khandwi ka akar dekar roll kar le.isi tarah se saari khandvi bana kar plate me rakh le.

Ek pan me oil garam karke usme rai daal kar khandwi me tadka laga le.upar se crush karke coconut or chooped coriander daal kar garnish kar le👌👌.Ise coriander chutney aur tomato sauce ke saat serve karein.
