Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlchopped palak
  2. 1 podgarlic cleaned and chopped
  3. 1/2 cupskimmed milk
  4. Salt
  5. Lemon
  6. 1 tspWhite pepper powder
  7. Butter or ghee

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add butter and saute the crushed garlic. Don't make it brown

  2. 2

    Add chopped Palak and stirr again for 2-3mins add salt and remove from flame

  3. 3

    Blend the mixture with little water in a mixer. Make smooth paste consistency by straining in a bowl.

    In a pot add the strained paste with water and some white pepper powder and boil. Add skim milk to it and stir constantly.

    Soup is done add lemon if you like and serve
