Loaded Chicken and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  1. 4medium russet potatoes
  2. 1 packageschicken tenderloins
  3. 4green onions
  4. 4 slicebacon
  5. 1 packagesCasserole mix of cheese
  6. 1butter
  7. 1salt
  8. 1pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350. Cook bacon to almost done. You want it a little under done. Cut into smaller before cooking.

    Cut potatoes into small pieces. Take half of them and place them along bottom of casserole dish. Lightly salt and pepper.

    Cut chicken into small pieces and layer on top of potatoes. Salt and pepper lightly again.

    Cover in cheese. Take half of bacon and half of the green onions after chopping them up (green stalks only) and sprinkle onto layer.

    Take remaining potatoes and layer and them on top.

    Cover that layer in cheese and remaining bacon and green onions.

    Place 5 dots of butter on top before covering with cheese (I also put more bacon on top too)

    Cook covered on 350°F for 1 hour. After that take cover off and cook for additional 30 minutes.

    Now just let cool and enjoy!!
