If you want a dish that is so easy to make, and is so delicious, you have to try this!
Cooking Instructions

Pre heat oven to 450.

Trim chicken of all fat and lightly pound it.
- 3
Line a baking pan with foil and lightly grease it.
- 4
Place chicken in pan, add salt and pepper, and set aside.
- 5
In a small skillet, saute the oil and garlic until garlic is lightly browned.

Remove from heat and add brown sugar, stir until sugar is melted.

Top chicken with mixture and bake 20 to 30 minutes. Depending on size of chicken.
