Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat the oven at 200°C

Beat eggs till light. Add sugar and whisk together, then add oil and later vanilla essence. Whisk all together till light

Sift flour into the mixture then add baking powder. Gently mix till all flour is dissolved

Add the Raisins and fold into the mixture

Scoop the mixture using a big spoon into cupcake cases. Ensure all are evenly filled 3/4

Set oven at 180°C and put in the cupcakes
- 7
Bake for 15-20mins
- 8
Insert a folk and if it comes out clean know it's cooked
- 9
Remove and set aside to cool. Take it with any desired drink.
