Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 7 tbspcrumbled paneer
  2. 2boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1slit green chilli
  5. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onions
  6. 1 tspsoy sauce
  7. 3 tbspcornflour
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 2 tbspchopped coriander
  10. 2Carrots
  11. as neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add ginger-garlic paste,onions,chillies,coriander leaves,mashed potatos,salt,soy sauce,cornflour and crumbled paneer and mix well.

    Apply oil to hand and take mixture and flatten it and place carrot sticks in middle and roll them into lollipop shape.

    Roll them in corn flour-Maida mixture and bind them properly.

    Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the lollipops till they turn golden brown and crisp form all the sides.

    Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
