Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 tspolive oil
  2. 450 gramswhite mushrooms, sliced or button mushrooms, halved
  3. 3 clovegarlic, finely chopped or add to taste
  4. 4 tbspcoconut cream
  5. 2 tspfinely chopped parsley, basil or tarragon
  6. salt & pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms and garlic

  2. 2

    Cook until the mushrooms brown and release their liquid. If no liquid comes out add 2 tablespoons of water, vegetable stock or milk of choice

  3. 3

    Turn the heat down to medium low then add the cream, chopped herbs and salt & pepper, stirring until a sauce forms. Don't turn the heat up too high or the sauce will split. Just heat it through

    Serve over toast, garlic bread, chicken, pork, steak or pasta
