Got a bag of jalapeño chips that I didn't want, but no one else would take them! I figured I'll use them for the chicken I planned on making, I don't regret that change in plans at all!

This is an easy way to prepare chicken that's full of flavor. One of our new favorite ways to make it.

Last night I made roll ups with a jalapeño pepper creamy stuffing. They were delicious. I had a box of red Lentil penne which has 14g of protein for 190 calories same as Kodiak mix. The sauce is chicken stock, low fat cream cheese and Queso dip. The recipe and ingredients listed are for 1 serving

Okay.. So I have to admit I have zero tolerance for spicy foods.. Like seriously even some MILD salsas get me sweating. 😳 But my boyfriend Nik is a huge spicy food fan .. So cooking with jalapeños never used to be on my radar .. Until we moved in together and I wanted to cook stuff that he would love. But I PROMISE you that this meal is not that spicy at all.. Just has a little zing!!! So do not be turned off by the jalapeños! I would not lie about this! 🙆
