Made these for my nieces who were asking me to buy them cookies. They loved it! I almost didn't get to take pictures because they already ate half of the first batch of cookies. LOL.

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupcocoa
  2. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  3. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  4. 1 cupbrown sugar
  5. 1 cupunsalted butter
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1 tspvanilla extract
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1 cupchocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    Mix all the dry ingredients. Don't forget to sift them.

    On a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine with the dry ingredients.

    Fold until mixture is blended well. Add in the chocolate chips and fold again.

  5. 5

    Grease your pans and put in about 1/2 to 1tsp of batter.

  6. 6

    Bake for 5-10mins or until the edges of the cookies turn slightly brown.

  7. 7

    Allow to cook before serving.

This is areally good and easy recipe. I used mint chips instead of chocolate chips.
