This is my assigned dish to bring to family holiday dinners. It's sweet and salty flavor combined with crunchy and smooth textures are a hit. Ironically, no taffy or caramel in the ingredients. Beware to diners with peanut allergies.

this salad feels like eating a breathe of fresh air... take that as you will but this recipe goes so well with a heavier main dish ^^

for thicker add more apples, do different kinds to mix it up. or change up the nuts. also nuts are optimal, my youngest prefer no nuts.
