Ingredients

  1. For sure you need non stick pan
  2. 1onion
  3. 1-2 tbspfresh coconut milk or coconut powder
  4. For dosa batter fine puree of
  5. 1 cupidli rava
  6. 1/2 cupudad dal soaked
  7. For dosa
  8. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  9. 1 tbsprice flour
  10. 1 tbspfine samolina
  11. 1 tspgreen chilli
  12. 1 tspcrushed or paste of garlic
  13. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Use batter that is fermented well.

    Mix rice flour and rava in batter. And keep it aside for 15 minute. The use water for thinning.

    Now add chilli, coriander, salt in that batter.

    Now take non stick pan and instead of greasing it with onion and oil use onion with coconut milk. Or just simply use coconut milk. This will act as crisping agent.

    Now pour batter and spread it evenly. And cook it until it become crispy and golden. Serve it with any kind of chutney.
