Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupDosa batter
  2. 1egg
  3. 1 pinchSalt and Pepper
  4. 1 tspOil for making dosa
  5. 1 tbspChopped tomatoes, coriander or cilantro, green chill, onion

Cooking Instructions

    Pour dosa batter; cook for a minute

  2. 2

    Crack open an egg on the dosa; lower the flame so that your dosa is not burnt

  3. 3

    Let it cook for a few moments; add salt and pepper along with the chopped ingredients

  4. 4

    Rise the heat on the pan; press the toppings into the egg and turn over the dosa

  5. 5

    Let the toppings get slightly charred or roasted to get a nice smoky flavor.
