Ingredients

  1. 100 grmsrajma overnight soaked
  2. 2tomato
  3. 1onion
  4. 2-3garlic clove
  5. 1small piece of ginger
  6. 1-2bay leaves
  7. 1badi Elaichi (doda)
  8. 1 piecedalchini
  9. 1 tea spoonsalt
  10. 1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  11. 1/2haldi powder
  12. 1 tea spoondhaniya powder
  13. 1/4 tea spoongaram masala powder
  14. 2 tablespoonoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cookar main oil garam karein. Zeera chatkaye. Bay leaves badi Elaichi aur dalchini add karein. Baareek kata pyaz daale soft hone tak bhune.

    Tamatar adrak hari mirch aur lahsun ka paste banaye aur add karein.

    Then salt red chilli haldi aur dhaniya powder mix karein jarurat ke hisab se pani add karein

    Oil chhodne tak pakaye. Then rajma add karein aur ek glass pani add karein

    Cookar ka dhakkan band karein aur 5-7 whistle aane tak pakaye

    Cookar thanda hone par check kar le rajma achhe se soft hone tak boil kar le

  7. 7

    Roti ya rice ke saath serve karein
