Cooking Instructions

Pick and wash the beans,remove the shelf

Add the tatashe,shonbo,onion, Ginger and garlic and crayfish

Blend all together

Boil the fish and blend the bones together with beans
- 5
Add the seasonings,coconut oil, eggs and the fish
- 6
Stir together and put in a moi moi leave
- 7
Fold and put in a pot and cook until it's cooked
- 8
Serve with pap or any thing of your choice
