Drain your beans that you soaked add fresh water enough to cover by 3 inches

Add sausage that you have sliced

Now add every thing but the hot rice to your beans

Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer

Mine took about 2 hours to cook and thicken you want a nice thick pot licker on yor beans

Put rice in a bowl add your beans on top pass hot sauce for extra heat
- 7
