Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bunchfresh spinach
  2. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  3. 1/2 cupfeta cheese, crumbled
  4. 4 eachbacon
  5. 2 eachchicken breast, skinless and boned
  6. 1 packagesReynolds non stick aluminum foil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    Add spinach, (cleaned & dried), mayonnaise and feta cheese in food processor

  3. 3

    Pound chicken out until thin

  4. 4

    Spread filling made in the food processor out onto the chicken and roll up

  5. 5

    Wrap rolled chicken with two slices of bacon each

  6. 6

    Lay out chicken on aluminum foil onto a cookie sheet and pop into the oven

  7. 7

    Bake in oven for 45 - 50 minutes until bacon is crispy and center of meat is no longer pink
