Cooking Instructions

Mix all coating ingredients and make dough.

Now cover dough with wet cloth and keep it aside for 1/2 hour.

Now blend all filling ingredients-and make Fine paste.

Now Cook it in one spoon oil till your pan starts leaving oil.

Now divide dough and filling in 15 equal portions.
- 6
Now fill filling in dough and roll mini Puri.
- 7
Now fry it in medium hot oil in low flame till it tunrs to Golden in colour from both sides.
- 8
Serve hot with fried green chillies.
