Ingredients

for 4-5persons
  1. 250 gBajri flour
  2. 1 cupChopped fresh methi leaves
  3. 1 cupCurd
  4. 5-6Crushed green chilli
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 teaspoonHaldi
  7. 1 teaspoonRed mirch powder
  8. 1 tablespoonGinger-garlic paste
  9. 3-4 teaspoonGud (jaggery) (melted in water)
  10. 2 tspOil
  11. PinchSodabicarb
  12. as requiredSesame seeds
  13. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds and prepare soft dough with enough water.

    Rest for 15-20 min.

    Grease your palm with oil and make small balls from it.

  4. 4

    Take a plastic sheet, apply oil over it. Put ball on it and press gently with fingers and make vada shape (while doing this apply little water over it). sprinkle little sesame seeds over it

    Deep fry in hot oil

    Enjoy with curd or green chutney
