Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients except sesame seeds and prepare soft dough with enough water.

Rest for 15-20 min.

Grease your palm with oil and make small balls from it.

Take a plastic sheet, apply oil over it. Put ball on it and press gently with fingers and make vada shape (while doing this apply little water over it). sprinkle little sesame seeds over it

Deep fry in hot oil

Enjoy with curd or green chutney
