Ingredients

  1. 4 cuprice
  2. 2 cupvegetable oil
  3. 1 tintomatoes medium
  4. 8big fresh tomatoes(blended)
  5. 3 teaspoongino curry
  6. 5 cubeknorr
  7. 5red bell pepper(blended)
  8. 1onion bulb(chopped)
  9. to tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    Get a clean pot,add water half a pot,place on heat allow to heat up for 5min,then wash rice and pour into the pot allow to boil for 15min.

    Wash and drain rice.put back into the pot add little water with salt place back on heat allow water to dry off.

    Place another pot on heat,add vegetable oil after 1min add onion,pepper,fresh tomatoes and tin stir very well until vegetable oil is seen at surface for 10min.

    Add little water,curry,maggi,salt allow to heat for 10min.Afterwards serve rice and stew in a plate.
