Cooking Instructions

Get the onion, peel top layer of skin(throw skin away ), now get your whole onion & cut it in half (vertically NOT horizontal), next- peel off some layers & cut each layer into rectangulars(as thick or thin as you want)

crack egg, (in a bowl)beat it,

add to tha egg whatever seasonings you want (i used seasoned salt) & stir that together.

heat your grease on to like medium
- 5
pour your cup of flour into either a plate or whatever you like (i used a bag)

get your rectangular shaped onions & dip into tha egg & seasoning batter that you mixed a few steps back.

now take your onions out of tha egg batter & put it in tha flour....

take em out tha flour & fry until brown or however you desire & then let them cool off & eat away (' . ')
