Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupfinger millet flour(ragi flour)
  2. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupjaggery(greeted)
  4. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/4 tspvanilla extract
  6. as requirements Butter
  7. as neededChocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl add finger millet flour,wheat flour, jaggery, vanilla extract, baking powder and mix it.

    Add little butter(room temperature) and mix,again add butter and mix it. Knead a tight dough and put in the refrigerator for a 1/2 hour.

    Then roll it very smoothly and cut it with cookie cutter,put chocolate chips.

    Bake it in180d for a 15-20 min in preheat oven.

All Nutrition level & Vanilla extract wasted by using Butter instead we can use Coconut Cream & Maple Syrup
