Butter finger Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare baking sheet with pan spray.

Cream the butter and sugars with an electric mixer until well combined. Mix in the peanut butter, add the egg and vanilla. Mix well.

Slowly add the flour, baking soda, crushed butter fingers and chocolate chunks. Mix until well combined.

Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Using a fork, press criss cross marks into the cookies. Bake 12-15 minutes or until slightly browned. Let cool slightly, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
