A family favorite recipe. These pancakes are softer and more eggy than a standard crepe. Takes a bit of finesse to flip, but quick and easy when you get the hang of it. Plan on 2-3 pancakes per person. supernanny -
Quick Thin Pancakes/Crepes Quick Thin Pancakes/Crepes
This recipe was given to me by my grandmother, really good, light and tasty dish. Quick to make and can be either savory to serve on brunch or lunch or sweet, to be served on breakfast, brunch or just as a sweet snack in the afternoon. The recipe really renders a lot of crepes so make sure to measure accordingly, and depending on the pan/ scale of ingredients the number of crepes can vary. Enjoy :) Thayla Saleh -

Simple Pancakes Simple Pancakes
Step 8: I love eating cottage cheese mixed with jam, so I made this. This week's theme is pancakes, so I thought I'd try this combination. If you don't have a non-stick pan, oiling the pan with butter rather than oil makes it taste good. If you're not going to eat these right away, wrap with plastic and put in the refrigerator. In this case, heat the chilled pancakes in the microwave until they soften. This is my own creation.I made it because I don't really like cake flour pancakes. If you use vegetable oil in your frying pan, add the oil before reducing the temperature of the pan on the towel. These have a really soft, smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Recipe by kawagoe33 cookpad.japan
