    Milk ko boil karein jab boil ho jaye to usme lemon juice dalkar phad le.jab achhe se phat jaye to use chhanni me chhankar kar pani se dhole taki iska khattapan nikal jaye.

    Ab chhena ko 1 patle kapde me bhandh kar tang de2 hrs ke liye taki iska extra water nikal jaye.

    Ab chhena ko kisi thali me nikalkar usme cournflour milakar achhe se 15 min tak hatheli se khoob masle jitna ragrengi utna rasgulla soft banega than usme se small size 15 rasgulle bana le.

    Ab cookar me pani aur sugar ko boil karein jab chasni boil ho jaye 5 min slow gas par rahne de.

    Phir rasgulle ko dhire dheere dale phir 1 sity bajne de than slow gas par 8 min tak rahne.

    Ab cookar ko thanda sabhi rasgulle immediately nikal le.

    Soft and spongy rasgulla ready.
