36 servings
  1. Step 1: Creaming
  2. 4 ozButter, room temperature
  3. 3 3/4 ozSugar
  4. 7 1/4 ozBrown Sugar
  5. Step 2: Wet
  6. 2large Eggs
  7. 1 tbspVanilla Extract
  8. Step 3: Dry
  9. 11 ozFlour
  10. 1 tspBaking Soda
  11. 1 tspBaking Powder
  12. 1/8 tspSalt
  13. Step 4: Hand Mixing
  14. 12 ozAny Morsels

Cooking Instructions

10 mins
  1. 1

    Set the oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

Cream the butter and sugars together until fluffy.

  3. 3

Mix in the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.

  4. 4

Add the dry ingredients little by little until thoroughly mixed.

  5. 5

Hand mix in the morsels of choice.

Note: the picture on the first has really wet batter and will have a large spread. The second picture is the ideal consistency for this recipe. Add more flour if needed before adding morsels!

  6. 6

    Pan out the cookies.

*I use a 1 oz cookie scoop for consistency. This produces ~36 cookies. BONUS: use a mini muffin pan to create cookie bites!!

  7. 7

    Bake for 9-11 minutes.

*I prefer softer, chewy cookies so I bake for 9 minutes.

  8. 8

Cool slightly, and move to a cooling rack. Repeat until all the batter is baked.

  9. 9

If not using all of the dough, you can store the leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or frozen for up to two months.
