1 1/4 cupbrown sugar (dark if possible)
1 tspkosher salt
1 tspbaking soda
1/4 cupwhite sugar
1egg yolk
1whole egg
2 tbspmilk
1 1/2 tspvanilla
2 cupchocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 375

Sift together flour, salt & baking soda

Add melted butter to mixing bowl, mix in sugar

Slowly add the previously sifted dry ingredients to the wet mixture

Mix in whole egg & egg yolk, milk & vanilla

Mix in the chocolate chips

Chill mixture (about 30 minutes in the refrigerator)

Scoop onto a baking sheet Bake at 375 for 9 to 15 minutes

Return the unused batter to the refigerator to chill until the next batch goes in
