Pilau, served with minced meat and Kachumbari

Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsrice washed and dry
  2. Pilau Masala powder and whole
  3. 1 tbspGarlic crushed
  4. 1/2 tspGinger crushed
  5. 2Onions chopped
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Salt
  8. Boiled hot water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash rice, Fry the onions until brown, add garlic and ginger and cook for about a minute, add pilau Masalas, stir well, add the rice and continue stirring, add the hot water and salt.. Boil rapidly for five minutes and then simmer until the rice is cooked.
