Ingredients

  1. 1 kgPalak leaves
  2. 250 gramPaneer
  3. 1/2 tspsugar
  4. 2 tspoil
  5. 1 pinchheeng
  6. 1 tspjeera
  7. 3-4tej patte
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander seeds
  9. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  10. 1" ginger piece
  11. 2big tomatos ki puree
  12. 3green chilli ka paste
  13. Salt according to taste
  14. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  15. 1 tspcoriander powder
  16. 1 cupwater

    Palak se leaf -leaf alag kar le fir achhe se dho le

    Gas on karein. Preshar cooker me water dale add sugar jisse palak ka colour green rahein. Add palak leaves. Cooker ko gas par rakhein

    2whisel aane par flame off kar de. Steam niklne par cooker khol kar palak ko ginger piece ke sath grind kar puree bana le

    Gas on karein kdai me ghee garamkre hing dale add jeera and coriander seeds and tejpatta starts crackling add ginger garlic paste saute well add tomatos puree and all spices

    Saute till ghee start living the sides add paneer pieces mix well saute for 1m

    Add palak puree mix well after 2m gas off kar de.Healthy Palak paneer ready to serve

    Paneer se garnish karein garamgaramchapatti ke sath serve karein
