    Wash,&cut spinach

    Blanch with salt pinch of sugar and cinnamon

    Make puree

    Take a pan add butter crackle heeng &jeera

    Saute garlic add tomato

    Add ciba coriander powder

  7. 7

    Add ciba Kashmiri Mirch

  8. 8

    Add spinach puree cook 2mnts

  9. 9

    Add ciba salt &cook 10 mnts

  10. 10

    Add ciba Garam masala

  11. 11

    Cook 5mnts &serve with paratha
