Ingredients

2 people
  • Mini-bites covered in breadcrumbs
  • 12mini -bites smokies(sausages are ok too)
  • Flour mixed with cinnamon and mixed herbs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 1egg plus 2 tsp of milk
  • Oil for deep frying
  • For the burger
  • Burger ban
  • Mixed vegetable -red, green, yellow bell peppers
  • Onions and tomatoes
  • Fried egg.. The one you used to make the mini bites
  • Spiced Tea ingredients
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Tea masala
  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Rosemary
  • Sugar-optional
  • leavesTea

Steps

  1. 1

    Get your ingredients ready for the mini-bites

    Ensure your mini bites are defrosted. Dip in them in the flour mixture

    Followed by the egg -milk mixture

    Cover them with breadcrumbs

    Deep fry them in hot oil and dry them on a paper towel

    For the burger, get everything ready. Assemble your burger

    Boil your milk with some ginger, rosemary, cinnamon, and tea masala. When it boils add your tea leaves and let it cook in medium flame. Add sugar,sieve and serve

    Enjoy your breakfast or brunch
