Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsuji
  2. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 2-3ripe banana
  5. 1 pinchbaking soda
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1-2cardamom
  8. For sugar syrup:
  9. 1/2 cupsugar
  10. 1/2 cup water
  11. 1-2cardamom powder
  12. 3-4 strandskesar
  13. Ghee or oil for frying
  14. For garnish- Rabadi & dry fruits
  15. For serving- Rabadi

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all ingredients. Peel of banana and cut in small pieces.

    Mash banana with fork.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  4. 4

    Mix properly so that no lumps remain in batter. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile add sugar, cardamom powder and water in a pot. Boil it until sticky syrup. Remove from gas.

    Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Pour 1 ladle full of batter. Once bottom side turns to golden brown colour. Flip it and fry it. Fry all malpuas like wise.

    Transfer them on paper napkin so that extra oil observes by napkin.

    Dip in sugar syrup. Keep it in for 1-2 minute.

  9. 9

    Transfer in serving plate. Garnish chopped Dry fruits. Serve with chilled Rabadi.
