Ingredients

  1. 1letius
  2. 2Carrots
  3. 2Cucumbers
  4. 2Tomatoes
  5. 1Onion
  6. 1Lemon
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    Slice onion and soak in vinegar for 15 mins

    Cut lemon into 2 halves and squeeze to extract juice.

    Slice tomatoes in to desired slim slices

  4. 4

    Grate carrots to desired shape

  5. 5

    Grate cucumbers

  6. 6

    Tear lettus and add

  7. 7

    Add Onions and mix

  8. 8

    Pour lemon juice to dress

  9. 9

    Add salt to taste

  10. 10

    Mix lightly and serve
