Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsooji rawa
  2. 1Medium onion chopped
  3. 1 tspGrated ginger for seasoning
  4. 1/2 bowlpeas
  5. 1/2 bowlcarrot chopped
  6. 1/2 bowlbeans chopped
  7. 1Red chilli/green chilli for seasoning
  8. as neededCurry leaves for seasoning
  9. 1 tspMustard seeds
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tsplemon juice
  12. 1 tspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast rawa until light brown

  2. 2

    Keep it aside.

    Now take a wok add ghee and ahter it's little hot add mustard seeds, curry leaves' green chilli until it splutters.

    Add the grated ginger, onion and other vegetable and saute'until cooked. Add salt

  5. 5

    Add 3 times the water of the Rawa and bring the veggies to boil. And add the roasted rawa in to it.

    Stir it well not forming lumps.

    Once nicely cooked and mixed and water soaked in, switch off and add lemon juice

  8. 8

    Healthy breakfast is ready can have with curds or buttermilk or green chutney.
