Cooking Instructions

Making condensed milk.... Boil your 2 cups of milk and 1 cup sugar in low heat till all the sugar dissolves. Leave the mixture in the stove top for about 45 minutes on a medium to low heat flame. Remove the scum when it forms. You will know your milk is ready when it turns yellowish. Once it cools down it becomes thick.

Whip your cream till it forms stiff peaks.

Add the condensed milk to the whipping cream and give it a good mix. Add what flavor you fancy(I added strawberry essence)

Let it sit in the freezer in an airtight container for 4 hrs minimum. It is best left overnight
